  1. What do you need to bring?

    Shower rooms are available for visitors to change their clothes after the activities.

  2. Online Booking is preferred.
    Online booking in advance is highly recommended due to limited on-site operational staff and the sanctuary’s remote location in the jungle (not accessible via Google Maps). Our online booking form requests your hotel and room number, enabling our van driver to pick you up at the specified location on the booking date. We currently have two locations based on the program you choose.

  5. Are pregnant women okay to join the programs?
    Our elephants are friendly and harmless, and mahouts are present at all times. However, the activities take place in a green forest with potentially challenging walking routes. Pregnant women are welcome but should assess their physical comfort and take extra caution during the trekking portions.
  6. Transfer Service Availability:
    Transfer services are available for certain areas only. Please inquire in advance.
  7. Refund Policy:
    All programs are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

    • Emergency Illness: A valid medical certificate must be provided for a refund due to sudden illness.
    • Flight Delays or Rescheduling: Refunds will be considered if the customer is unable to attend due to unavoidable flight delays or schedule changes. Proof from the airline must be submitted.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • Duplicate payments or errors not caused by our system.
    • Missed bookings or cancellations due to personal reasons unrelated to our service operations.

    Important Notes:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled program time, along with the required documentation.
    • Refunds will not be processed for requests outside of the specified circumstances.
  8. Rainy Season:
    Don’t worry about getting wet during the rainy season! You’ll enjoy a unique experience of showering with the elephants. Many of our activities, such as bathing and mud spa, naturally involve water, so the rain only enhances the fun.
  9. Why some payments are rejected:
    Payments may be rejected for the following reasons:

    • Insufficient funds on the card to complete the transaction.
    • High transaction amount ($500+), and the credit card transaction requires 3D Secure for approval.
    • Incorrect CVV or card details.
    • Expired card.
