Elephant Endotheliotropic Herpes virus

An elephant virus found in childhood elephants which is usually found in age between 0-9 years. The symptoms of this disease are swelling in the face,

the tongue will turn to purple, depressions, not eating,

and bloody diarrhea which elephants will get sick and die quickly within 2-3 days.

The Lanta elephant sanctuary keeps looking and following the elephant’s health.
